A book that made an impression

I strongly believe that all books we read surely impact us directly or subliminally. Each one in my list has done so in very diverse ways. Catch 22 is clearly a book that one can read and reread and its ability to create humor in challenging conditions of World War is quite inspirational in its own way. On the other hand a book like Rozabal Line, even though a work of fiction draws out great similarities across religions practiced in the world to hint at a single master storyline. The lessons for me personally have been to be confident in times of ambiguity, to read the larger patterns behind ostensibly Brownian movements and to never lose the ability to smile, however pressing the challenges.
